I'm still learning here but if you want to see when your friends have posted a new post you can get it on your dashboard by "following" people.
If you want to find people with similar interests as you go to your profile and click on one of your interests and then hundreds come up with similar interests.
You can also get rid of the word verification if you want and moderate comments instead so that you don't get advertisers commenting.
Well, great heading anyway.....
